Agave LD’s Expert Lawn Care Services
Our Weekly Lawn Maintenance package is performed weekly March through November, switching to every other week December through February. This package includes:
- Mowing all grass areas
- String line trimming
- Edging
- Blowing areas clean
- Leaf pick up in lawns and beds (completed as needed)
Our Flower Bed Weed Control service package allows us to treat for all weeds in all landscaping, flower beds, rock beds, and concrete areas as needed.
Weed control is achieved by hand-pulling large weeds and spot spraying smaller weeds. This service is performed during each scheduled lawn maintenance visit.
Our Monthly Bed Maintenance service keeps your flower beds and foliage looking beautiful year-round. Agave LD:
- Trims shrubs and roses
- Cuts back dead roses
- Cuts away dead and dormant foliage
- Cleans up growth from bottom of small decorative trees and shrubs
- Disposes of debris
Agave LD’s proven 9-Application Turf Fertilization and Weed Control Program guarantees to help develop and support a healthy, weed-free, green lawn. The program includes:
- Nine applications per year, scheduled 5-8 weeks apart
- Grub worm preventative / curative treatment performed once annually
- Recommendations and monitoring from your expert lawn technician during visits
You will receive a reminder email one day before your scheduled appointment. Additionally, we offer free service calls in between applications for any concerns that may come up.
Agave LD provides monthly irrigation system check-ups during the months of March through October. This service includes inspection and adjustments of:
- Controller
- Rain / freeze sensor
- Valves
- Irrigation heads
- Coverage
- Current seasonal programming
Seasonal programming will consist of setting the controller based on the condition of the property and climate conditions at the time of inspection. Irrigation repairs are not included and will be billed at an additional cost.
